I watched as a friend of mine provided this training for a local State prison that dramatically resulted in changing lives of both the inmates and the staff. Prisoners serving time for drug offenses went home to new, drug free lives and never returned. When competent trainers expose people to these ideas, lives change, both inside organizations and in employees homes. But other than providing funds for group training, explaining the Principles has been challenging. Regrettably these powerful ideas are easiest to grasp in a live group format. This book changes that. The authors have structured a book that leads the reader through the explanation of how our minds work in relaxed, easy to understand language that a reader can digest at a comfortable pace. I am grateful, and have already begun gifting the book to family and friends.
Do yourself a favor and order this book - you will find yourself reading it over and over, with insights coming often. I thought this book would be more oriented toward business only - it is not. It is a great tool for life. I will be sorry to finish the book - but I will reread it as soon as I finish. I seldom say that about any book.
“Invisible Power†provides a very clear, step by step, description of some very powerful principles that can change your life and/or your business dealings in a dramatic way.This book also provides very helpful examples of the work the authors have done with these principles in the world of big business, relationships in general, along with examples of how these principles have affected individual people.While there are other books on “The 3 Principles,†I think you would be hard pressed to find a better presentation of the concepts, along with real world examples of their actual positive effects when put into use.If you are new to the topic, “Invisible Power,†is highly recommended as a place to start. And if you’re familiar with the topic, I have little doubt you’ll benefit greatly from the decades of experience based wisdom that these authors have tapped into to present the information in a very digestible, yet powerful format.

The clearest account I've read of the vitally important understanding known as The Three Principles. A must-read for all who would like to comprehend how their mind--and, therefore, their continued experience of life--actually works.
This book differs from many others on the Three Principles (called Insight Principles by the authors) in that it draws many of its stories from the business world. The book is very readable and it is easy to read quite quickly. I would urge you to take the authors' advice and pause as you read and reflect on how what you are reading applies in your life. I found that did indeed lead to insights of my own. The Three Principles are simple to understand but really seeing them for yourself is why you want to reflect and make the understanding your own.If you know nothing about the Three Principles this book is suitable for you as it explains them very clearly. If you already know about the Principles then this book gives some great material upon which to reflect. In my case, already knowing the Principles, I saw something deeper and it was a big Ah ha moment. I will be rereading the book again.
I read it from cover to cover. This is not a book to be breezed through. Each sentence and paragraph makes a point, but you have to chew it a few times to digest it. And by some catalytic conversion, you'll find that your relationship to life starts to change. It was almost as if I'd been looking in a mirror, thinking the the real me was the reflected image. Every page contains an insight that will shift your perspective of who you are and how sweet your life can be.
